On this venture I get to deal with founding and running Webongo Services as a solo entrepreneur, crafting WordPress websites for individuals and small businesses. I lead collaborations with peers on open-source GitHub projects like Tanzania-locations-db, locations-API, and kuhamawalimu, while developing and selling subscription-based SaaS applications for businesses, fostering innovation and community impact as an ongoing endeavor.

Technical Manager
On this venture I get to deal with leading engineering teams at Nunuget, advancing from Back-end Consultant to Technical Manager. We developed a Queue Management System for hospitals like JKCI, securing a nationwide tender, audited Silent Ocean’s logistics app and recommended a full-system rewrite, and co-built a Geo-Scientific Database prototype with the Geological Survey of Tanzania (GST), achieving innovation and data-driven solutions.
Front-end Engineer
On this venture I was dealing with collaborating closely with backend engineers, AI specialists, CX, and designers at Valley to architect an AI-driven SDR platform using Node.js and React. I helped drive the launch of Versions 2 and 3 in Q4 2024, boosting performance and engagement, fueling sales growth, and enhancing investor confidence within my one-year contract.

Part-time Back-end Consultant
On this venture I was dealing with collaborating asynchronously with a diverse team at Hearth AI as a part-time Back-end Consultant to ensure platform stability. I resolved critical bugs, optimized performance, and reduced technical debt, leveraging PlanetScale, Logtail, and Sentry to enhance database efficiency and monitoring, strengthening system reliability within my tenure.

Back-end Engineer
On this venture I was dealing with collaborating with cross-functional teams at Rapptr Labs as a Back-end Engineer, building performant Node.js, Prisma, and GraphQL solutions for HapiBrain and TeenToks, and later transitioning to Full-stack for Opsiq. I automated SQL reporting with AWS EventBridge, optimized performance using k6 and AWS RDS, and mentored juniors, enhancing system reliability and customer support within my tenure.

Lead Full-stack Engineer
On this venture I was dealing with leading a small team at Nexus Finance, mentoring a junior developer while building a performant BlitsJS platform using TypeScript and Prisma. I integrated Plaid, Zabo, and Currency Exchange APIs to create a holistic wealth view, implemented Quirrell for serverless Cron jobs, and provisioned AWS S3, EC2, and RDS infrastructure, driving innovation within my tenure.
